About Peter Raco
Peter E. Raco, CPA

Peter Raco is the President of Vanguard Alliance Group, where he brings over 15 years of expertise in advisory services and real estate investment. He leads the firm in delivering strategic capital solutions and industrial real estate investments.
Previously, Peter served as Director of Corporate Finance at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), specializing in debt financing for mid-sized and large businesses. He also spent nearly a decade at KPMG in Toronto’s Management Consulting practice, excelling in deal advisory, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
Peter holds several prestigious designations, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA, UK), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and completed Cornell University’s Commercial Real Estate Program.
Outside of his role at Vanguard Alliance, Peter is a founder, owner, and board member of Simcoe County Rovers FC, a professional soccer team in Canada.
